Philip Shoebridge had a vision and set up Regal Palms Resort and Spa Management back in 2009. He is a businessman with considerable international skills and holds a First Class BSc Hons degree. He also holds many prestigeous International awards for being top of his field out of 50 countries and has been recognised twice by the IBA in Hollywood, holds a Mobius Award in Illinois and also received a Gold Award in New York. These awards were for advertising and marketing and are recognised worldwide.
In the UK he and his wife received the National Westminster Bank Gold award for business development and a Bronze award for use of new technology in business. Philip is married to Esther and he has three children, Paul, Michael & Grace. Philip moved to the USA in August of this year to assist with moving Regal Palms Resort and Spa Management to the next level. Philip is also the Managing Director of the whole of the resort and a co-owner of many of the facilities available to owners and guests.
Since Regal Palms Resort and Spa Management was formed it created an impressive owner client base and has become the number 1 management company in the resort. It operates a dedicated team of hospitality and marketing specialists that have this year alone secured 27,000 room night rentals, which represents a year on year increase of 5%. They operate the most sophisticated on line reservations software available and a recent re-structuring brings Rob Farmer more into day to day management. He is now promoted to head of Maintenance and Homecare "which should bring about even higher levels of service for our valued clients" said Philip.

Together with Philip, Keith was instrumental in setting up RPRSM in 2009, and is a co-owner of the Company.
Keith is married --- for many years-- very happily to Carol. They have one daughter Laura and two grandchildren Ela and Sachin.
In October 2012 Keith and his wife Carol were successful in gaining their E visa status and have now moved permanently to the USA to live and work on Regal Palms. This recent move will allow him to take up the reins and assist our team in the overall running of RPRSM and take our Company to the next level of excellence and service to our owners in 2013. He has been involved in the construction business for all of his working life in managerial positions and for the last 30 years or so ran his own company carrying out mid-range projects for both private sector and commercial clients. He is professionally qualified and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. His vast knowledge and experience "of all things building" will be a valuable asset to the Company and to the Resort as a whole.
Keith has also recently been re-elected for his third term as President of Regal Palms Owners Association, a position and task he tackles daily with relish and enthusiasm, His efforts are there to for all see in the Resort which has changed from an almost desert like appearance four years ago to the lush Florida friendly landscape there for all to see.
A regular visitor to the USA for the past thirty years, he has been fortunate enough to stay in some of the top Resorts in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina and hopes that his guest experiences will also bring fresh ideas to his beloved Regal Palms Resort

Director of Home Management
Rob is originally from the U.K. but has been living in Florida since moving here with his family in 2005. His background is in finance, having worked almost all of his career in Central London for one of the U.K's major financial institutions. Many owners will already know Rob as he has worked for Regal Palms since arriving in 2005. He will also be known to many for his work to date on behalf of the Regal Palms Owners Association and the Regal Palms Club.
Maintaining an investment property can be a daunting prospect for new and existing homeowners when dealing with the varied aspects of ownership . There are many areas to understand but with Rob's experience and that of his department they can help provide the guidance necessary to make ownership an enjoyable experience.
