Peter Sewall

Larry Seab - Chief Financial Officer Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director

Peter is an accomplished, well rounded executive and proud co-owner of Regal Palms Resort & Spa Management. In this role, Peter leads a team of talented professionals who, collectively, provide all aspects of on-site operations. With over 18 years experience in the Hospitality industry, Peter is no stranger to the time, effort, and dedication, required of creating a recognized and celebrated Brand.

Though a native of Queens, New York, Peter has made his home in Florida for the last 29 years. Prior to building his newest team, Peter had served Honorably in the United States Army National Guard for 8 years as an Air Traffic Controller, including 2 years of active duty service in Kuwait during Operation(s) Desert Shield and Desert Thunder. Looking to spread his wings, and whilst serving in the Guard, he was intrigued by an entry level position with Double Tree Resort and Conference Center, then quickly found his niche in the industry. Subsequently, Peter took every opportunity to gain proficiency in all front and back of house operations. In 1997, Peter joined Westgate Resorts where he held positions of increasing responsibility, and lastly, General Manager of Operations at Westgate Bluetree Resort.

Most recently, Peter served as Executive Operations Officer for Consolidated Resorts where he served as the developer's representative for 107 homes at Regal Palms. He spent the next three years working alongside members of the Regal Palms Owners' Group and has served actively with the Owners' Association as a trusted on-site representative.

During his career, Peter has received countless accolades in customer service, team efficiency, and exceptional management. In 1998, his team won the coveted Pinnacle Award for Excellence, in which they received national placement for outstanding client feedback. In 2001, Peter was recognized for his personal achievements in customer service and in 2002 he was honored with the designation "Manager of the Year." Later, he was presented with the prestigious Performance Award for Leadership in 2004. Peter is an active participant in the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association (CFHLA), and has recently been invited to join the TimeShare Council. Through the years, he has assisted with the successful "change of flags" for two large hotel chains and has separately led startup efforts for two ground up projects. He is a Notary Public for the State of Florida, a licensed Real Estate Agent, a Community Association Manager licensee, and an active member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).

Philip Shoebridge

Philip Shoebridge - Director Director

Philip is 54 years old and married to his wife Esther, with three children. He is a qualified Optometrist with a First Class Honours, BSc Science Degree and self employed with a number of practices in the UK. He also owns a property company in Crete and has various other interests in the UK.

Philip has remained passionate that the concept of Regal Palms Resort was brilliant. Philip's involvement in the resort, from the original Advisory committee to Treasurer of the HOA in September of 2008, a position he has held ever since, has been nothing short of a personal mission to deliver that dream. His concept of Regal Palms Resort and Spa Management, LLC came to fruition on 1st October 2009.

Internationally, Philip is well recognised for his business skills. In the UK he is the holder of a Gold Award with NatWest for Business Development, he holds two Hollywood Awards from the IBA for Excellence in Worldwide Marketing, and he holds a Gold Medal at the New York Festival for Excellence in Marketing. Additionally, Philip and Esther hold a Mobius Award that recognises only the greatest of achievements; this could be considered the equivalent of the Oscars in business management/marketing and is recognized in over 50 countries.

Philip has only one dream at the moment: to help every single owner at Regal Palms realise the dream they bought into. Together the dream can be realised, together the investment can be secure and if we move forward together it will really happen.

Keith Tree

Keith Tree - Director Director

Keith has been an owner at Regal Palms for a four and half years. During that time, he served on the original HOA Advisory Committee before being elected onto the Regal Palms Owners' Association Board of Directors as Vice President in September 2008. He is currently serving his second year in office and has transitioned into his new role as RPOA President. He is eagerly looking forward to the additional challenges associated with his new position, as well as those in his role as Director of the Regal Palms Resort & Spa Management company.

Keith is a resident of the UK but tries to get over to the Resort at least three times a year; married for "many" years to Carol he has a grown up daughter and a very recent first grand daughter!

He has had his own small construction company for over 30 years, specialising in home remodelling, and has accumulated a vast experience in all aspects of construction, including estimating, programming, specifying and contract supervision. Keith holds a professional qualification in construction and has been an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building for many years.

A regular visitor to the USA for the last 25 years he has been fortunate to stay in some of the top resorts in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina and hopes that his guest experiences will bring fresh ideas to our Regal Palms Resort.

Larry Seab

Larry Seab - Chief Financial Officer Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Controller

Larry is a CPA with ten years experience in public accounting, twelve years as a financial consultant, and over fifteen years as an accomplished senior financial executive in private industry. Four of those years were spent in Budapest, Hungary helping to transition the government telephone enterprise into a private, for-profit system, and afterwards launched his own successful telecommunications company in 1996, which was later sold to a much larger competitor.

Most recently, for the past three years, Larry served as the controller for a start-up time share company, and has served as a Director and Officer of Home Owner Associations for over 20 years. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from University of Louisiana - Monroe, and completed advanced studies at the University of Louisiana - Monroe; Michigan State University - East Lansing, MI, and the University of Toronto - Toronto, Canada.

Rob Farmer

Rob Farmer - Director of Home Management Director of Home Management

Rob is from Ruislip Manor; a town in the suburbs of London, England. His professional career has been in finance in some shape or form since leaving school in 1979. He worked for 23 years with a major U.K. bank; the last 10 years of which were in Central London as Bank Manager and subsequently as Private Client Manager offering financial advice, planning and relationship management. For two years prior to moving to the U.S. Rob worked once again in Central London as an Associate for a large mortgage broking firm.

In 2005, Rob moved to Florida with his family to work as a Financial Analyst in Davenport; this developed in time into other roles such as Mortgage Broking, Property Management and Relationship Management.

Rob will be familiar to many owners at Regal Palms and is looking forward to managing the challenges ahead as we move through this exciting period of change.

Reinaldo Gonzalez

Reinaldo Gonzalez - Director of Engineering & Housekeeping Director of Engineering & Housekeeping

Reinaldo grew up in the windy city of Chicago, IL and at the age of 18 he moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico. He earned his B.A. in English Literature from the Interamerican University in Rio Piedras and earned his Hospitality Management Degree from the Educational Institute of the Hotel & Motel Association. His hospitality career started with a small business hotel in San Juan called Best Western Hotel Pierre where he learned and managed all aspects of front of house operation.

After living in Puerto Rico for close to 14 years, he moved to Orlando with his 2 children and wife and worked at a very large Orlando timeshare resort called Sheraton Vistana Resort. There he spent the next 6 six years learning all aspects of back of house operation. Later, he was given the opportunity to assume the role of General Manager of a small resort in Kissimmee, Florida called Oak Plantation Resort. Some time after, he was selected to manage another timeshare property in Orlando called Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista, Florida where he spent the next 6 years in the position of Resort Manager.

Reinaldo brings 22 years of Hospitality and Customer Service experience to Regal Palms Resort & Spa and is looking forward to being an important part of the management team.
