RPRS Management will also have the exclusive right to operate the front desk check-in and guest services for the entire resort regardless of the management company maintaining the home where the guest is located. All owners and guests have to register with us at the front desk in order to use the facilities at the resort. This will enable us to keep out trespassers and preserve the facilities for those for whom they are intended.
RPRS Management is the only company with all its services located at Regal Palms. This means that maintenance, accounting and management will all be located on the resort and available to home owners and guests at all times.
Around 80% of all the reservations acquired by RPRS Management come from Travel Group Marketing who manage the relationships between the resort and its Wholesalers, Receptives, Travel Agents, DotComs as well as the direct business that comes from our online booking engines currently present on a number of travel distribution channels.
